The second 2026 meeting of the Working Group on Digitalization of EAEU Deposit Insurers was held in Kazan

On June 24, 2026, the nineteenth meeting of the Working Group on Cooperation in the Field of Digitalization of Deposit Insurers of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) was held in person in the city of Kazan, Russian Federation.

The meeting participants discussed issues related to the preparation of registers of liabilities, registers of creditors’ claims, as well as their verification, adjustment, and the updating of identification data in the register. Representatives of the Agency for Guaranteed Reimbursement of Bank Deposits (Deposits) of Physical Persons of the Republic of Belarus and the Deposit Insurance Agency of the Russian Federation shared their experience in this field.

In addition, the Working Group members continued their discussion in a round-table format on the prospects of implementing artificial intelligence technologies in the work of deposit insurers.
