An electronic service for insolvency practitioners has appeared on the website of the Deposit Insurance Agency of the Russian Federation

The State Corporation “Deposit Insurance Agency” (DIA) has launched a service on its official website for opening a separate special account for credit institutions under liquidation that are not members of the deposit insurance system.

The special account is intended solely for satisfying the claims of creditors of the respective credit institution.

To open such an account, the insolvency practitioner of the credit institution can submit an online application in free form, with the mandatory attachment of the following documents:

– a copy of the passport pages of the insolvency practitioner;

– a copy of the document confirming the powers of the insolvency practitioner;

– a copy of the arbitration court decision on declaring the credit institution bankrupt and opening bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of the insolvency practitioner in the procedures applied in the bankruptcy case).

To sign and submit the application through the official website of the DIA, the insolvency practitioner will require an enhanced qualified electronic signature.
