Meetings of the Expert Group on Harmonization of Legislation Held in November 2025

On November 11 and 12, 2025, the Expert Group on harmonization of legislation in the field of insurance (guaranteeing) of bank deposits, liquidation, resolution and bankruptcy of credit institutions in the Eurasian Economic Union under the Advisory Committee on Financial Markets of the Eurasian Economic Commission (hereinafter – the Expert Group) held its regular meetings via videoconference.

A key outcome of the meetings was the agreement on the introduction and general structure of the “Coordinated Proposals for the Harmonization of Legislation of the Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union Regarding the Operation of Deposit Insurance (Guarantee) Systems.” Additionally, the group members discussed the work plan for 2026.
